Over the past year, I’ve started building small rituals into my days that help me stay grounded and connected to what feels real and meaningful. One of my favorites is a slow morning—no phone, just coffee, silence, and a few pages of journaling or reading something that inspires me (to start with a positive mindset). It helps set the tone before the world rushes in.

Another one I love is taking walks without any destination or distraction. No podcasts, no multitasking—just noticing the colors, the light, how I feel in my body. It sounds simple, but it’s become a way to clear space in my mind and reconnect with the present. Would love to hear yours, too <3
